
E-BIKE is a green mobility solution that combines human power with intelligent electric drive. Its core lies in the collaborative operation of the motor controller, battery management system (BMS), and human-machine interface instrument. To address the high-voltage surges generated during the charging and discharging of high-power lithium battery packs, as well as the reverse induced current generated by the motor during frequent starts and stops and hill climbing, we provide industrial-grade power MOSFET protection and high-voltage transient suppression (TVS) solutions. These solutions effectively cope with mechanical vibrations and electrical fluctuations under complex road conditions, and ensure the accuracy of the control system logic and the smoothness of power output under varying outdoor climates (such as static electricity and humidity), thereby improving the overall vehicle's driving safety and battery cycle life.
