
CPAP machines are core medical devices for treating sleep apnea. To address the electromagnetic interference generated by the high-performance brushless DC motor (BLDC) during speed adjustment, and the sensitivity of the high-sensitivity pressure sensor to voltage fluctuations, we have provided low-noise power supply filtering and precise transient overvoltage protection solutions. These components effectively suppress ripple generated by the motor drive, ensuring smooth and accurate pressure regulation. This improves the quietness of nighttime operation while guaranteeing long-term stability of the control system, providing patients with safe and comfortable ventilation.
