The fecal analyzer utilizes automated sample processing and machine vision technology to achieve rapid screening of morphological components and biochemical indicators. Addressing the transient induced voltage generated by the high-precision three-axis motion platform during high-speed positioning, and the sensitivity of the high-resolution microscopic imaging module to power conduction interference, we have provided integrated power protection and ultra-low ripple power filtering solutions. These solutions effectively suppress electromagnetic impacts on the control bus caused by frequent start-stop of the grasping mechanism, ensuring signal stability of the optical capture path and enabling the device to maintain extremely high recognition accuracy and detection rate even in complex sample environments.
