
Immunoassay analyzers are core tools for clinical diagnosis of proteins, hormones, and infectious disease biomarkers, often achieving picogram-level sensitivity. Addressing the extreme sensitivity of their ultra-sensitive photon counters (PMTs) to transient power grid fluctuations and the electrostatic discharge (ESD) interference generated by the high-speed movement of the precision sampling needles, we have developed ultra-low noise surge suppression and microcurrent signal protection solutions. These key components effectively eliminate system electrical background noise, ensuring accurate reproduction of the chemiluminescence signal over a wide linear range, and guaranteeing the accuracy and batch-to-batch consistency of detection results at high sensitivity.
